Michael Boland - President & CEO
As a business consultant and sales advisor to both domestic and international organizations, Michael provides insight and expertise on a wide variety of sales, organizational and leadership issues. His strength is in his ability to tackle issues, open minds and convert problems into opportunities, distilling complex issues into workable solutions. Michael moves people and companies from inertia to a focused path and measurable success.
Michael Galamb - Senior Consultant
Focused primarily on sales, sales operations and sales management, Mike specializes in problem solving and building consensus. He helps his clients build elite sales teams and exceptional sales coaches, and supports the pursuit of their goals and objectives. His areas of expertise—and fi rst-hand experience—include planning and analysis, marketing operations, strategy and acquisitions, sales operations and sales management.
Bryan Miller - Senior Consultant
Bryan Miller is a results-oriented sales management executive recognized for strengths in sales leadership, sales manager training, and process improvement. His strengths are his ability to communicate what it will take to achieve objectives and his collaboration with business partners.
Kristina O’Neill— Senior Director of Operations & Finance
In addition to overseeing Performance Technologies’ daily operations, Kris handles all financial aspects of the business, including human resources. She is passionate about the behind-the-scenes preparations that allow our team to deliver exceptional work to a distinguished list of clients. Prior to joining our organization, Kris gained 15 years of experience in mortgage banking and finance.
Jessica Farmer - Project & Marketing Manager
Jessica develops marketing materials and project documentation for our clients. With a background in project management and continuous improvement, she is committed to increasing our productivity and ensuring that our team’s methods, approaches and contributions to our customers continue to evolve along with the marketplace.
Heather Delucia - Executive Administrator
With more than 20 years of experience in academic and entrepreneurial environments, Heather is highly organized and skilled at breaking projects down into their key components and related tasks. She supports the CEO and the Senior Director of Operations, ensuring that they are armed with the tools they need to execute customers’ projects. Heather takes projects from the ground floor to a workable direction.
