mgalambWith experiences at different companies, Michael has had a wide-range of responsibilities in multiple industries.

  • He has focused primarily on Sales, Sales Operations and Sales Management and specializes in problem solving and building consensus across various constituents.

He was an early “foundational recruit” at what is now LEXIS NEXIS (formerly Mead Data Central), the multi-billion dollar Information Services Company

  • Michael served in a wide-variety of functions including:
    • Planning and Analysis
    • Marketing Operations
    • Strategy and Acquisitions
    • Sales Operations where he re-designed sales channels, authored commission and compensation programs, aligned marketing and products with sales strategies and managed reward and recognition programs
    • Sales Management assignments in Los Angeles, New York and at headquarters across multiple channels, product lines and client-types

Additionally, he led Sales teams for other industries and client types including:

  • Excellence In Motivation, a leading and recognized provider of Performance Improvement programs.
  • Covisint LLC, a pre-IPO start up funded by General Motors, Ford and Chrysler specializing in reverse auction technology.
  • Huffy Service Solutions where he managed a team who sold and serviced Lowe’s Home Depot, Wal*Mart, Sears and other major retailers.
  • Harvest INFO, a technology and portal provider to the newspaper industry.

  • Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ohio Northern
    University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
